Associate Production Control & Planning Specialist

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for production planning SAP, MES, auto-scheduling, and dispatching systems.
• Lead virtual factory improvement projects and serve as the focal point for production planning system changes.
• Design, implement, and define business flows for auto-scheduling and dispatching logic.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving automation KPIs and support plant automation timelines.
• Collaborate with order fulfillment, planning support, and automation teams on process optimization and project priorities.
• Support digital twin simulations to improve ARV efficiency and utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Management, Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in production planning.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio, and SQL.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight schedules.
• Strong data analytics, reporting, presentation, communication, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP PP and MES systems.
• Good understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes.
