Principal Specialist Customer Business Mgmt (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop weekly and monthly production plans to meet customer demand and shipment commitments.
• Analyze demand, factory capacity, work in progress, inventory, and material availability to create achievable schedules.
• Monitor production performance and drive recovery actions for capacity, material, and equipment constraints.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations to resolve shortages and delivery risks.
• Manage work-in-progress levels, factory loading, capacity scenarios, and planning metrics such as on-time delivery, schedule adherence, inventory health, and cycle time.
• Maintain ERP/MRP planning data integrity, support business reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning, supply planning, manufacturing planning, production control, or supply chain operations.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, high-tech manufacturing, or another fast-paced production environment is preferred.
• Work safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements and programs.
