Senior Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Salary: $120,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end order lifecycle execution from order intake and validation through production, fulfillment, and delivery.
• Coordinate Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Operations to improve order accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
• Develop integrated project plans aligned with production schedules, including critical paths, dependencies, risks, and recovery plans.
• Monitor cycle time, on-time delivery, backlog, work-in-progress aging, and material availability through dashboards and operational reviews.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, change management, and scalable process improvements.
• Manage contract execution, customer expectations, negotiations, change orders, dispute resolution, and customer-facing operational reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of project or program management experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional and global or multi-site initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and order fulfillment workflows.
• Experience with project planning, risk management, performance tracking, ERP/MRP systems, and production planning tools.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills, including Excel, Power BI, or Tableau; PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
