Enterprise Integration Project Manager (Change Enablement)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, NY, with the 1st shift based at the East Aurora, NY location. Travel is 10% or less.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually.

What you will do

• Build and manage end-to-end project plans, milestones, dependencies, scope, timelines, RAID logs, and change requests.
• Drive daily execution, issue resolution, escalation, governance reporting, and cross-functional delivery across business, IT, and partner teams.
• Support testing, cutover readiness, go-live activities, and stabilization planning.
• Lead change impact assessments and identify adoption risks across affected teams.
• Develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans with business leaders.
• Partner with training and functional leads to support role-based readiness, track adoption, and coordinate corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience supporting implementations or major modernization initiatives.
• Experience with complex business or technology initiatives and organizational change management practices.
• Ability to collaborate across business, IT, and delivery partner teams while driving decisions, follow-through, and accountability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to learn new business processes and systems quickly.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, MES, or enterprise platform modernization programs.
• Familiarity with waterfall-hybrid, agile-hybrid, or stage-gate delivery methods.
• Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project and reporting tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or other operationally complex environments.
• PMP, CAPM, Prosci, or equivalent project/change certification.
