Project Manager (Energy Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid role based in the United States, with locations listed in Texas, Florida, and New York; 30% domestic and international travel required.

Base salary for the New York location: $93,000–$133,000 annually, plus a 10% annual incentive target.

What you will do

• Lead multiple modernization, upgrade, spare parts, inspection, and repair projects through execution and warranty phases.
• Coordinate engineering, suppliers, hirify.global facilities, customers, deliveries, requisitions, purchase orders, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project revenue, EBIT, risks, quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Build customer relationships, communicate schedule changes, resolve concerns, and report project status to senior management.
• Lead improvement initiatives related to risk management, cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex projects as a Project Manager or Project Lead in the energy sector or a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, planning, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• PMI, IPMA, or Siemens Project Management certification required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of steam turbine design, components, assembly, and repair methodologies.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, BOM structures, engineering drawings, rotating turbomachinery, marketing and sales, or field service.
• SAP experience.
