Senior Project Manager (Capital Projects)

Location: United States of America (Remote); ability to travel 50–80% required.

Salary: $107,500–$157,663 plus discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead medium to large-scale capital projects from concept and feasibility through design, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Operations, EHS, Finance, Procurement, R&D, and other functions.
• Monitor project performance, risks, schedule delays, and cost variances, taking corrective action as needed.
• Guide project teams through the Stage Gate process and review business cases, estimates, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Mentor Project Managers and Engineers and present project and portfolio updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Finance, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing capital projects in manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of capital project budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, cost management, scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Understanding of construction and engineering principles and responsibility for safe project environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, multidisciplinary teams, and projects across multiple sites.
• Availability to travel 50–80% is required.
