Deployment Project Manager (ERP)

Location: Remote

Salary: $120,000–$133,600 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

• Own integrated deployment plans across business and technology workstreams.
• Coordinate readiness across environments, data, integrations, testing, training, communications, cutover, and support.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, entry and exit criteria, readiness checkpoints, and deployment reviews.
• Develop cutover plans covering sequencing, ownership, timing, contingencies, and command-center readiness.
• Prepare Go/No-Go decisions, escalate blockers, and coordinate go-live execution and hypercare stabilization.
• Capture lessons learned and improve deployment practices across releases.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex enterprise deployments or releases.
• Experience coordinating across business, technical, infrastructure, vendor, and operational teams.
• Strong integrated planning, dependency management, risk management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with cutover planning, release readiness, Go/No-Go governance, and production stabilization.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience; certification is required.
