Senior Technician-Equipment (Diffusion)

Location: Fab 4 facility in Gresham, Oregon, United States. Onsite front-night compressed work week: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday, 6:15 PM–6:30 AM. Travel for training may be required, with 0%–25% travel time.

What you will do

• Repair and maintain TEL Alpha 8 furnace systems.
• Repair and maintain AMAT/AG RTP systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical prints and electrical/electronic schematics.
• Work safely with equipment involving radiation, electrical, mechanical, liquid, and gas hazards.
• Document maintenance activities in logs and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Follow procedures and contribute as a reliable team member with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• AA degree in a technical field, or equivalent semiconductor industry experience, military training, or technical degree.
• At least 7 years of experience maintaining diffusion equipment in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong organizational, documentation, writing, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Self-directed and self-motivated, with proficiency in MS Office products.
• Active participation in the Fab 4 Emergency Response Team and ability to meet ERT physical requirements are required.
• Must pass a physical, fit test, and medical clearance for wearing a tight-fitting SCBA full-face respirator, and maintain the required physical capability.

• Experience in other fab maintenance areas.
• Experience with AMAT Centura systems.
