Sr. Technician, Equipment Engineering (Diffusion) (Semiconductors)

Location: Singapore; onsite 12-hour rotating shifts

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot wafer fabrication equipment to support module targets.
• Follow standard operating procedures, carry out CAS activities to specification, and maintain support tools.
• Work rotating 12-hour shifts to maintain equipment readiness and production availability.
• Document line issues, complete checklists, and provide accurate shift handovers.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe custody of tools and equipment across production, sub-fab, office, and maintenance areas.
• Participate in module improvement activities and implement applicable EHSS policies and programs.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in the electrical or electronics industry.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and support overtime.
• Self-motivated, meticulous, disciplined, logical, truthful, and responsible.
• Strong teamwork and commitment to environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.
