What you will do

• Gather, scope, and document client capital markets requirements and map them to Calypso Standard Reference Model functions.
• Design, configure, and test system solutions to meet business requirements and accelerate time to market.
• Validate delivered solutions with end-users and support project phases including SIT, UAT, and migration.
• Identify and escalate core product gaps to the internal product and engineering teams.
• Train users on system usage, configuration, and new functionalities.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish is required.
• Functional experience in asset classes such as FX, Fixed Income, Interest Rate Derivatives, or Equities.
• Knowledge of product valuation and market/counterparty credit risk methodologies.
• Ability to summarize complex financial and technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements.
• Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Understanding of Front-To-Back business unit process flows.
