Digital Consultant (Banking Transformation)

Location: Stuttgart, Germany (Hybrid: must be on-site at least two days per week)

What you will do

• Act as a key interface between business and IT to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Lead consulting engagements across digital transformation, innovation, and process optimization.
• Analyze and redesign end-to-end banking processes with a focus on customer experience.
• Contribute to innovation-driven use cases including digital products and automation.
• Support the design of target operating models and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, UX, and data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience in the Financial Services or Banking industry.
• Strong domain expertise in Retail, Corporate, or Private Banking, Payments, or Lending.
• Fluent German language skills (C1 minimum).
• Application documents must be submitted in English.
• Ability to work on-site in Stuttgart at least two days per week.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable client impact in transformation initiatives.
