Facilities Manager — Cedar Park (Aerospace)

Location: Cedar Park, United States; onsite at the Cedar Park site

What you will do

• Own building systems, maintenance, janitorial services, grounds, life-safety operations, and workplace services for the Cedar Park site.
• Lead the in-house facilities team by setting expectations, schedules, coverage, and training plans.
• Manage outsourced service providers against scopes, SLAs, budgets, scorecards, and quarterly business reviews.
• Build repeatable operating procedures for preventive maintenance, work-order intake and triage, escalation, and after-hours response.
• Own the site operating budget, forecast spending, track variance, and identify cost reductions without degrading service.
• Report service metrics and partner with EHS on compliance, inspections, permits, audit readiness, capital projects, and construction activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in facilities operations, including 3+ years managing people.
• Experience managing both in-house staff and third-party service contracts.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, controls, and life-safety systems.
• Experience with CMMS platforms and using work-order data for operational decisions.
• Experience owning a site- or portfolio-level budget.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education, military service, technical training, certifications, and experience.
• Experience in corporate campus and manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience establishing or overhauling a preventive maintenance program.
