Facilities Supervisor (Aerospace)

Location: Redondo Beach, United States; onsite

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year, plus potential stock options and benefits.

What you will do

• Oversee facilities, grounds, workplace services, and core building systems to ensure safe and reliable operations.
• Supervise facilities staff and prioritize daily work activities and facility requests.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, service providers, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Support facility expansions, renovations, office reconfigurations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Security, and EHS to maintain facility readiness.
• Own janitorial services, waste removal, life safety systems, documentation, project tracking, and emergency response.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in facilities operations, facilities management, or a related field.
• Previous experience leading or supervising personnel.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, facility projects, and CMMS, JIRA, or similar work management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Applicants must be U.S. Persons or eligible to obtain an applicable U.S. export license under ITAR/EAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Facilities experience in aerospace, manufacturing, laboratory, or other high-tech environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with cleanroom operations, ESD controls, industrial safety, environmental compliance, hazardous materials, and HSE programs.
