Product Manager (Unsecured Lending)

What you will do

• Own the performance of the personal lending business across acquisition and servicing channels.
• Monitor and optimize application volume, conversion rates, pricing performance, drawdown volume, and portfolio growth.
• Analyze customer funnels, channel performance, and business results to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute initiatives and campaigns for customer acquisition, refinancing, portfolio expansion, and retention.
• Develop customer communication and engagement programs to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
• Deliver improvements to customer journeys, digital processes, and product features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Business Management, Lending, Cards, Fintech, Digital Banking, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance monitoring, funnel optimization, large datasets, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing business growth initiatives, customer lifecycle programs, marketing campaigns, partnerships, or digital products.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese required. Candidates with less experience may be considered for Associate Product Manager.
