What you will do

• Develop and refine the Cashloan product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with legal, compliance, engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with payment partners to integrate Cashloan solutions while ensuring seamless user experience and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the end-to-end process of Cashloan transactions, from customer onboarding to dispute resolution.
• Work with the analytics team to develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance.
• Coordinate with customer support and operations to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within payments, BNPL, loan, finance, or eCommerce.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across multiple departments.
• Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.

• Experience with full end-to-end product management processes, from idea generation to launch.
