Cashloan Product Manager - Global Payment (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and refine the Cashloan product roadmap and strategy with legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business teams.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and product data to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with payment partners to integrate Cashloan solutions and maintain a seamless user experience.
• Manage the end-to-end Cashloan transaction process, including customer onboarding and dispute resolution.
• Develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards with the analytics team to track performance and identify improvements.
• Coordinate with customer support and operations teams to resolve customer issues and monitor industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in payments, BNPL, loans, finance, or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and departments.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver results independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with end-to-end product management, including idea generation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and launch.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
