Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, based in the Washington DC area; work from home is available on Mondays and Fridays, with in-person collaboration on other days.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the US credit card product.
• Drive customer acquisition across direct mail, paid, aggregator, and affiliate channels while optimizing conversion funnels.
• Shape the mobile app experience to improve activation, spending, and engagement.
• Own the end-to-end origination journey, including one-click and open-banking-enabled applications.
• Build new credit products such as cashback and rewards cards, and manage key network, marketplace, transaction, and payment integrations.
• Improve underwriting and fraud prevention while managing CAC, payback, and channel-level unit economics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in consumer lending, ideally with credit cards.
• Experience at a startup or with a high-growth product in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical fluency across decision engines, APIs, and data flows, plus a hands-on builder mindset.
• Daily use of AI tools for prototyping, analysis, and shipping, with the ability to apply data, customer insight, and market signals to prioritization.
• Strong numerical intuition and the ability to investigate funnel, cohort, and P&L anomalies without requiring deep SQL expertise.
