Associate, Investor Services (Finance)

Location: Hybrid in Mississauga or Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for fund investors and managers through email and telephone correspondence.
• Process investor subscriptions and redemptions in line with fund offering documents and anti-money laundering requirements.
• Prepare, validate, and distribute investor statements, letters, and related documents.
• Prepare wire transfer instructions and confirm cash activity with banks, fund accounting, and fund management.
• Maintain accurate distribution information and follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Participate in system and process enhancements and support other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Equivalent experience in hedge fund or private equity fund administration, investor services, or shareholder services.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities, ambiguity, rapid change, and a demanding environment.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian locations is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.

• Financial services experience.
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering and KYC procedures.
