Salary: $65,000 – $80,000

What you will do

• Manage and ensure the accurate completion of Canadian and US tax reporting and delivery cycles (e.g., T5, T3, 1099).
• Oversee FATCA, CRS, and QI reporting obligations for all clients.
• Maintain internal and external audit, regulatory, and risk ratings.
• Ensure all internal and external tax accounts are reconciled and deadlines are met.
• Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external clients on tax-related matters.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and update documentation.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of operational experience.
• Current work authorization for Canada.
• Knowledge of Canadian and/or US reporting and filing processes (asset).
• Experience within the brokerage or clearing industry (asset).
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Tax-related courses or CMA certification.
• Industry certifications such as CSC, CMH, or CPA.
• Experience with Broadridge's Dataphile platform.
