Associate, Nexus, Investor Delivery (12 Month Contract)

What you will do

• Complete daily deliverables related to investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash.
• Meet service-level agreements and escalate client or deliverable issues when required.
• Respond to queries from clients, investors, fund managers, and internal departments.
• Perform assigned processes and deliverables accurately and consistently.
• Participate in team check-ins and share information and ideas with colleagues.
• Support departmental initiatives, projects, and risk mitigation activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or relevant experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service.
• Knowledge of investor services processes and related functionalities is an asset.
• Previous client or customer service experience is preferred.
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel proficiency is an asset.
