TL;DR
Financial Controller (IFRS/Group Reporting): Preparing consolidated financial statements and managing financial reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions with an accent on IFRS, internal controls, and external audit coordination. Focus on strengthening group-level reporting processes, leading finance projects, coordinating month-end close, and applying AI and automation to improve reconciliations and controls.

What you will do
- Prepare group reporting and consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
- Align accounting policies, new IFRS requirements, and reporting processes across jurisdictions while maintaining local statutory compliance.
- Map risks, strengthen internal controls, and improve accounting and financial reporting processes.
- Own group finance projects, including reporting standards and the impact of new business lines on consolidated reporting.
- Lead external auditor relationships and contribute to the group audit.
- Coordinate the group month-end close and distribute work across contributors based on workload, complexity, and seniority.
Requirements
- University degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in financial reporting and controllership, including group reporting, consolidation, and external audits.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, with experience preparing or reviewing consolidated statements, annual reports, VAT reporting, and corporate income tax filings.
- Experience working across multiple legal entities or jurisdictions and leading external audit relationships end to end.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP, consolidation, and financial reporting systems such as NetSuite or SAP.
- Fluent English is required.
