Focus on validating consolidation entries, maintaining group accounting data, coordinating with subsidiaries and auditors, and improving reporting controls and processes.

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden; hybrid work at the HQ with the option to work from home a couple of days per week

What you will do

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual group closing processes, including consolidation and adjustment entries.
  • Collaborate with subsidiaries and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial submissions.
  • Perform financial analysis and prepare documentation for internal and external reporting.
  • Assist with IFRS financial reports, notes, disclosures, and SEC filings with Nasdaq in New York.
  • Maintain consolidation system data and improve group accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support audit activities with documentation and explanations.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in group accounting, global corporate finance, or audit.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and group consolidation principles.
  • Experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with consolidation systems; AARO experience is a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to SOX compliance and reporting for U.S.-listed companies.
