Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Quarry Bay, Hong Kong

What you will do

• Partner with Product Owners and senior leadership to drive hirify.global Bank’s strategic growth agenda and key business priorities.
• Lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives that improve customer growth, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize business opportunities, projects, and new product initiatives based on strategic fit, commercial impact, customer value, and resources.
• Drive the end-to-end development and launch of new products and business propositions across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and finance.
• Establish project governance covering planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and delivery.
• Align senior stakeholders, resolve issues, manage dependencies, communicate executive updates, and build internal and external relationships.

Requirements

• University degree or above and PMP qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in FinTech, banking, or insurance.
• Experience with waterfall and agile project management and delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent judgment and the ability to identify problems and handle complex issues.
• Demonstrated leadership and business management ability to establish and manage a high-performance team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize and deliver high-quality work.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to demonstrate strong ownership.
• Fluent verbal and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
