Project Manager (Medical Imaging)

What you will do

• Define, plan, facilitate, and deliver low- to medium-complexity clinical imaging projects.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, quality reviews, change controls, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, resolve study-specific issues, and track corrective actions.
• Monitor study status across site qualification, image processing, result reporting, query management, and data quality activities.
• Track study budgets, revenue recognition, forecasts, cost drivers, financial risks, and approved scope changes.
• Provide timely support and communication to internal stakeholders, external clients, and imaging centres.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical imaging or clinical development within the life sciences industry.
• Experience managing end-to-end, client-facing studies with low to moderate complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in biological science, health science technology, or equivalent relevant education and experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong project planning, prioritization, analytical, risk management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and project-related systems.
