Engineering Project Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead complex semiconductor New Product Introduction projects through product definition, design, tape-out, qualification, and production release.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, quality, test, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Align stakeholders on project scope, requirements, priorities, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Monitor execution and manage schedule, resource, technical, quality, and cost risks.
• Lead project reviews, communicate status and recommendations to management, resolve conflicts, and drive timely decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Typically 8 or more years of relevant experience, including technical project or program management.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional product development or New Product Introduction projects.
• Good understanding of the semiconductor development lifecycle, including IC design, verification, tape-out, qualification, and product release.
• Strong project planning, risk management, financial management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills in a global matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Nice to have

• PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
