Project Manager - Engineering (Advanced Electronics)

Location: Shenzhen Baoan, Guangdong, China; on-site

What you will do

• Define, plan, and manage project milestone activities.
• Manage and direct product development design or project teams across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate activities between departments to meet product development and project requirements.
• Manage cost targets set by senior management and set priorities for assigned projects or programs.
• Act as the interface for internal and external customers and facilitate project documentation.
• Follow quality and safety systems and maintain required standards.

Requirements

• Excellent time management, communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Understanding of cross-functional relationships between inter-company groups and the expertise required to take a product through development into production.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with business acumen and accountability for results.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field; equivalent experience may substitute for the degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Nice to have

• PMI certification.
• Experience or knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Skills in MS Project.
