What you will do

• Lead technical projects and programs through development and implementation.
• Develop value-creating solutions for customers and other stakeholders within a technical focus area.
• Conduct theoretical, experimental, analytical, and investigative research.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, observations, and quantitative analyses.
• Assemble and lead teams to solve complex business problems and mentor employees in the technical area.
• Document research supporting patent disclosures and technical or scientific advancement.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge in the relevant discipline and working knowledge of related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related scientific or engineering discipline.
• Ability to act as a technical consultant and solve complex problems amid changing priorities.
• Ability to apply innovative methods, tools, and technologies beyond the primary area of expertise.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor packaging materials and strategies.
