VP of Global Product & Quality Excellence (Semiconductors): Building a world-class product and quality excellence organization across the semiconductor product lifecycle, from architecture through field performance, with an accent on product reliability, supplier quality, customer quality, and quality systems. Focus on leading enterprise-wide quality transformation, strengthening outsourced manufacturing controls, and establishing executive governance, KPIs, and Board-level reporting.

What you will do

Build a world-class Product & Quality Excellence organization and embed a Quality First culture across the enterprise.
Own end-to-end product quality, reliability engineering, supplier quality, customer quality, and quality systems.
Partner with Engineering on Design for Quality, verification, failure analysis, and reliability methodologies.
Lead quality across outsourced manufacturing partners, including process controls, change management, and continuous improvement.
Establish executive quality governance, enterprise KPIs, standardized quality reviews, and Board-level reporting.
Deliver measurable improvements in field reliability, manufacturing quality, supplier performance, customer satisfaction, and cost of poor quality.

Requirements

20+ years of semiconductor industry leadership, with significant experience in analog, mixed-signal, or power semiconductors.
Executive leadership experience across product quality, reliability engineering, supplier quality, and customer quality.
Experience operating within a fabless semiconductor model with external manufacturing partners.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation and influencing executive leadership and Boards.
Strong technical depth, strategic business acumen, enterprise leadership, systems thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience with customer-focused leadership, global influence, talent development, succession planning, executive communication, and Board presence.
