Location: Onsite in the Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania office

What you will do

• Design, implement, manage, and support global on-premises Citrix infrastructure.
• Own and maintain highly available virtual application and desktop platforms used by traders, analysts, operations, and corporate users.
• Provide direct technical support, incident response, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with business and technology teams to implement new solutions and scale existing trading-support systems.
• Develop automation and observability tools for managing and monitoring the environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Citrix CVAD environments.
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, InfluxDB, Prometheus, ELK, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server operating systems, networking concepts, and virtualization technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to work onsite in the Bala Cynwyd, PA office.
