What you will do

• Administer, monitor, and optimize enterprise server infrastructure across physical, virtual, and cloud-hosted environments.
• Design, deploy, and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere/vCenter, Hyper-V, and/or Nutanix) including cluster management and HA/DRS.
• Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune) and maintain secure governance.
• Own on-premises identity and network services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, PKI/certificates) and ensure directory integrity.
• Run backup and recovery operations, including retention enforcement and regular recovery testing with documented DR procedures.
• Lead cloud adoption/migration to Azure, implement infrastructure automation (PowerShell/Bash/Ansible/Terraform), and provide senior escalation for complex incidents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of systems administration or infrastructure engineering in an enterprise environment, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Advanced Windows Server administration (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, File Services, IIS, certificate services) across Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Strong Linux server administration experience (RHEL, Ubuntu, or CentOS) with shell scripting and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere/vCenter and/or Nutanix AHV, including cluster administration and HA/DRS.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS (VMs, networking, storage, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor/Log Analytics).
• Strong automation and IaC skills (PowerShell plus Terraform/Bicep/Ansible) and proven troubleshooting/documentation skills.
