Technical Sourcer (Contract) (Robotics)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA; on-site responsibilities for the Mountain View, CA office

Salary: $67.30–$79.33 per hour

What you will do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements across hardware, software, and product roles.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical publications, networking, and deep-tech communities.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial vetting calls to assess technical baseline capability, role alignment, and cultural add.
• Serve as the primary on-site Talent Acquisition representative for the Mountain View office.
• Coordinate, host, and facilitate California-specific on-site interview loops with site leadership and cross-functional interview teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate Greenhouse data, and provide data-driven pipeline updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology environment.
• Experience building pipelines across hardware, software, and product roles.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and pivot between multiple disciplines.
• Strong organizational skills for managing interview logistics, scheduling variables, and physical on-site hosting.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby and modern sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently as the primary recruiting presence in a satellite office.
