Senior Technical Sourcer - Executive/Research (AI)

Hourly pay rate: $65–$85 USD

What you will do

• Develop proactive, multi-channel sourcing strategies for engineering, research, and executive-level roles.
• Build and maintain networks of passive candidates across robotics, AI, machine learning, computer vision, SoC, digital health, and data science.
• Use market and business intelligence to shape sourcing strategies and present findings to stakeholders.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define requirements, qualify candidates, and set expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Promote the employer brand through advertising and targeted outreach techniques.
• Track sourcing conversion rates from passive-candidate engagement through applications, interviews, offers, and hires.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing experience in an advanced technology organization.
• Experience sourcing research scientist and engineering roles, including niche talent from unique sources.
• Experience sourcing technology leaders in AI, GenAI, machine learning, computer vision, or robotics for Director+ positions.
• Experience using professional networks and social platforms such as LinkedIn, Slack, and GitHub.
• Ability to analyze and present market data, craft recruiting emails, and coordinate with hiring managers on position requirements.
• Strong collaboration, communication, organization, prioritization, discretion, and independent-work skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
