Senior UX Designer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for cybersecurity products, including user flows, specifications, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing, visual designers, technical writers, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-team discussions, build consensus, and align short-term delivery with long-term product goals.
• Expand and maintain UX guidelines, patterns, and design standards for company-wide use.
• Develop research-based solutions to complex design problems and communicate design decisions effectively.
• Improve UX processes and standards while incorporating emerging tools, including AI-assisted design technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX or product design, preferably with SaaS or platform services.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with prototyping tools.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience with agile development processes, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in UX Design, HCI, Product Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity industry or IT management knowledge.
• Experience with design systems, platform design, or AI-assisted UX design.
• Knowledge of Mandarin.
