UX Designer III (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead design across SpryCIS squads in collaboration with a Staff Designer to build a shared design practice.
• Work in triads with product and engineering partners to advocate for the user and influence product decisions.
• Translate complex, data-dense workflows into clear and obvious user experiences.
• Enhance visual craft through typography, hierarchy, and strategic use of space to improve readability.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with utility professionals to inform design iterations.
• Produce wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design thinking to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating systematic thinking.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, workflow-heavy, or data-dense environments.
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada (indicated by RRSP/401k benefit eligibility).

• Interest and curiosity regarding how AI can transform the design process.
• Experience mentoring junior designers.
