Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel; primarily office-based

What you will do
- Lead, coach, mentor, and grow a team of product designers.
- Define the design vision and UX strategy for Prisma Browser across end-user and administrator experiences.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering leadership to shape product strategy, roadmaps, and execution.
- Guide complex product initiatives hands-on while maintaining standards for interaction design, visual design, usability, accessibility, and quality.
- Build and scale design systems, patterns, and processes across multiple product areas.
- Use customer feedback, user research, analytics, and market insights to inform product decisions and improve design quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing product design teams.
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design leadership and measurable business impact.
- Experience with complex enterprise software, SaaS platforms, productivity applications, or cybersecurity products.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- Experience building and scaling design systems, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for multiple user personas, including end users and administrators.
- Understanding of user research methodologies and data-informed product design.
- Experience using AI-powered design, research, prototyping, or productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
