Senior UX Designer, Interaction Design

Location: Onsite at the Washington, DC office

Annual salary: $140,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Define the vision for cohesive interaction models and experiences across professional web and mobile products.
• Explore original interaction concepts through prototyping rather than executing predetermined specifications.
• Own complex user flows, information architecture, and interaction models across multiple products.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to turn ambiguous goals into clear, shippable features.
• Use advanced Figma and AI prototyping to communicate functionality, interaction detail, and motion.
• Collaborate with engineers to preserve design intent at launch and improve subsequent versions using quantitative and qualitative data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing software products with substantial depth in interaction design and UX.
• A portfolio demonstrating ownership of problem definition and a clear design point of view.
• Evidence of setting design direction based on research, metrics, and strong design judgment.
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping, including AI tools.
• Comfort using quantitative and qualitative data to refine design work.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
