Senior Griffeye UX Designer

Location: Hybrid role based in Gothenburg, Sweden, with London also listed as a location

hirify.global develops digital investigative technology, including Griffeye software used by law enforcement and investigative agencies to analyze large volumes of digital media.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX design for product initiatives within the Griffeye product team.
• Conduct user research and apply customer feedback, usability insights, and product metrics to improve experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and production-ready designs.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define outcomes, balance usability with technical feasibility, and support delivery quality.
• Lead design discussions, contribute to roadmap and product strategy conversations, and align stakeholders.
• Mentor designers and promote simplicity, usability, accessibility, and customer-centered thinking.

Requirements

• Strong product design judgment and the ability to turn complex, ambiguous problems into clear, usable solutions.
• Experience designing complex systems, data-heavy workflows, professional tools, and sophisticated user journeys.
• Ability to collaborate strategically with product managers and engineers and communicate design rationale clearly.
• Strong communication skills in English are required.
• Customer empathy, ownership, systems thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytical, investigative, enterprise, web, or desktop software.
• Accessibility and WCAG knowledge, usability testing, quantitative product data, experimentation, or design systems experience.
• Background in cybersecurity, digital investigations, public safety, compliance, intelligence, or other complex professional domains.
• Knowledge of Swedish or experience working with Swedish customers and stakeholders.
• Interest in AI-assisted workflows and emerging technologies.
