Senior Technician-Reliability (Semiconductor)

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; onsite at the Chandler headquarters

What you will do

• Support semiconductor device reliability testing and product qualification across multiple business units.
• Load, unload, and rework devices on circuit boards, sockets, and test fixtures using ESD-safe practices.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, curve tracers, programmers, automated test systems, and other laboratory equipment.
• Support engineering test setups, debug hardware issues, and assist with board bring-up and device validation.
• Document procedures, test results, equipment usage, and maintenance activities according to quality and traceability standards.
• Manage laboratory inventory, equipment scheduling, tools, fixtures, and day-to-day lab operations while handling multiple qualifications.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on laboratory or semiconductor experience.
• Experience with ESD control procedures, clean laboratory protocols, sensitive device handling, electrical safety, chemical handling, and equipment safety.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with engineers and managers, mentor junior technicians or engineers, and take ownership of laboratory responsibilities.
• Must be a US Person and provide proof of US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual status due to ITAR and US export-control requirements.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs safely; normal business hours, fully indoors. Limited travel is expected.
