Location: On-site in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. Shift 6 runs from 6:00 PM to 6:18 AM on alternating 3-day and 4-day work weeks.
Salary: $51,710–$85,340 annual target compensation for the US; hourly role.

What you will do
- Operate substrate and wafer assembly production processes and evaluate operating data to optimize equipment efficiency and quality.
- Perform equipment setup, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare-parts management.
- Monitor equipment health and reliability, resolve nonstandard production events, and support uninterrupted operations.
- Work with Module Engineering on experiments, equipment configuration changes, and data collection.
- Maintain training materials and manage buddy, trainer, and certifier levels within the team.
- Participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team activities.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a STEM field, or a high school diploma/GED plus qualifying technical, manufacturing, military technical, or equipment-maintenance experience.
- At least 1 year of technical or trade certification, or 1.5 years of hands-on manufacturing or military technical experience, or 1 year of equipment-maintenance experience, depending on the qualifying pathway.
- Ability to lift 25-pound parts, climb and work on ladders, and wear an air respirator when required by safety procedures.
- Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix and work the overnight Shift 6 schedule.
- This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Nice to have
- At least 6 months of experience troubleshooting, installing, repairing, or operating electronics or semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Emergency Response Team training and certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
