Staff Engineer, Product Test (Semiconductor)

Location: Onsite in Hsinchu City, Taiwan

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and transfer D10 and DX production PGM programs to the S100 platform, while maintaining S100 programs.
• Maintain production-line yield and improve manufacturing efficiency and cost performance.
• Manage production tooling vendors, track fabrication timelines, and resolve hardware issues on the production line.
• Work with OSAT production, foundry PE, and TE teams to investigate low-yield lots and improve production yield.
• Support RMA analysis, production-data tracking, and shipping-request coordination.

Requirements

• BSEE degree and 5–8 years of relevant Product and Test Engineering experience.
• Experience developing and debugging S100 platform PGM programs.
• Strong understanding of ATE test programming principles and quality procedures.
• Ability to read schematics and use oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
• Basic mass-production tooling repair capabilities and strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• D10 or DX platform PGM development and debugging experience.
• Experience with data-analysis tools such as JUMP.
