Sr. Reliability Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Provide reliability analysis and laboratory support across semiconductor technologies and customer issues.
• Develop corporate-wide reliability standards, strategies, and implementation routes for emerging technologies such as Si Ph, NVRAM, and High Voltage.
• Contribute to intellectual property, conferences, business interactions, and business-unit technology roadmaps.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on reliability strategy and standards when required.
• Use standard engineering methods to analyze and resolve problems of moderate scope.
• Coach students and collaborate on related projects while following Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, resourcefulness, organization, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice to have

• Experience in the semiconductor or EDA industry and knowledge of electronic devices and semiconductor theory.
• Experience with electronic CAD systems such as Cadence IC, Cadence OrCAD, or Protel.
• Experience with Perl, Tcl, Bash, Cadence Virtuoso, Skill programming, or Unix/Linux systems.
