Junior Transfer Agency Representative (Alternatives)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid model with three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support the Alternatives Transfer Agency team with investor transaction processing.
• Record commitments, capital calls, distributions, transfers, and redemptions accurately.
• Build strong client contacts through prompt follow-up and collaborate with transfer agency colleagues.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality work while following firm policies and procedures.
• Identify issues early, escalate them when necessary, and help close procedural gaps.
• Support improvements and upgrades to internal processes.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English at C1 level.
• Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
• Numerical aptitude, organization, prioritization, multitasking, and client orientation.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, together with a collaborative approach.
