hirify.global operates Dublin Airport and requires airside operations to comply with airport regulations, safety standards, and the hirify.global Safety Management System.

What you will do

  • Manage apron and airfield operations, including stand and aircraft turnaround coordination.
  • Inspect parking stands, ramps, ground support equipment, lighting, markings, vehicle permits, and manoeuvring areas.
  • Coordinate with air traffic control, handlers, third parties, the Airport Operations Centre, infrastructure teams, and other airside stakeholders.
  • Provide aircraft marshalling, Follow Me, vehicle banksperson, engine-run escort, and non-standard aircraft movement support.
  • Coordinate emergency and contingency responses, including operations during snow, ice, high winds, and low visibility.
  • Report and investigate safety occurrences, enforce airside rules, and support audits, worksites, winter operations, and operational reporting.

Requirements

  • Previous airside experience and knowledge of airline and airport operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of ICAO and EASA regulations, the Safety Management System, Airport Directions, Aerodrome Manual, and airport by-laws.
  • Strong knowledge of Dublin Airport and current health and safety legislation, including the Health, Safety and Welfare at Work Act 2005.
  • Ability to perform dynamic risk assessments, manage incidents, communicate effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills, strong organizational ability, and attention to detail.
  • Full clean driving licence with B and W licences required; BE licence is desirable.
