What you will do

• Conduct regular site audits across EMEA locations against local health and safety legislative requirements.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with country-specific health and safety regulations and produce prioritized action plans.
• Design and deliver regional health and safety training programs adapted to local legal and cultural requirements.
• Develop and maintain EHS policies and ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations for Irish sites, including vendor management, space planning, and office moves.
• Act as the primary regional point of contact for EHS matters and support incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Relevant EHS qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma, Level 8 in Health & Safety, or equivalent.
• Solid experience in a multi-site or regional EHS role across office, operations, and warehousing environments.
• Demonstrable knowledge of health and safety legislation across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Based in Ireland with a full, clean driving licence and valid passport for EMEA travel.
• Strong auditing capability and experience producing actionable compliance reports.
• Excellent personal leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
