EASA Part 145 Maintenance Coordinator (Aviation)

What you will do

• Process initial client requests and maintain professional relationships with clients, authorities, and representatives.
• Generate and approve work packages using customer requirements and approved maintenance data.
• Coordinate FAA/EASA-approved borescope inspections with inspectors, certifying staff, on-site representatives, and clients.
• Arrange inspector travel and accommodation through the travel partner.
• Review and archive completed work packages and project documentation.
• Support project invoicing and coordinate inspector payroll at month end.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Coordinator, Production Coordinator, or Planner in an aircraft or aircraft component maintenance environment.
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a changing operational environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Comfort making decisions and working independently during the remote portion of the role.
• Availability for a 4-on-4-off shift rotation, typically from 08:00 to 20:00.
