What you will do

• Develop and manage site safety programs including electrical safety, laser safety, and working at heights.
• Perform detailed risk assessments for new manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Lead event/injury response, detailed investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all safety and industrial hygiene programs.
• Analyze EHS data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental Engineering.

Requirements

• Third level qualification (NFQ level 8) in Health and Safety/Industrial Hygiene OR NFQ level 8 in Engineering/Science with an L9 in Health and Safety/Industrial Hygiene.
• 8–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of local EHS legislation and practice.
• Proficiency in data management and Excel.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Practical experience with EHS management systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
