What you will do

• Supervise manufacturing operations and support staff to ensure production goals are met.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with safety policies.
• Monitor team productivity through OEE tracking, coaching, and performance development.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure seamless production flow for stock and non-stock items.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for quality holds, mechanical disruptions, and safety incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement projects including 5S implementation and LEAN initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Rochester, NY
• Fluent English speaking and writing required
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
• 2+ years of leadership experience with direct reports
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and GMPs

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow or Green Belt)
• Experience with SAP
• Spanish language proficiency
• Food manufacturing industry experience
