Supervisor, Production (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: US - Bend, Oregon; onsite night-shift role from 6 PM to 6 AM, with remote or hybrid work unavailable.

What you will do

• Lead the safe, compliant, and timely execution of daily production activities.
• Reinforce standard work and ensure procedures are followed consistently.
• Delegate tasks according to team members’ expertise to meet goals and reduce errors.
• Develop team capability through coaching, feedback, training reinforcement, and clear expectations.
• Identify abnormalities, resolve issues, escalate barriers, and communicate production risks and resource constraints.
• Lead daily performance reviews and encourage continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience; a college degree is preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a GMP or other regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to coach employees, reinforce expectations, and create accountability.
• Experience with daily management practices, performance metrics, or continuous improvement tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer and documentation-system proficiency, plus willingness to work rotating night shifts.
