Sap SuccessFactors Consultant (ERP): Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules with an accent on full-cycle project phases including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and training. What you will do
- Participate in full-cycle implementations and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Lead requirement gathering, system design, configuration, documentation, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with clients’ HR and IT teams to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules aligned with best practices and client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal SAP teams to ensure integration across SAP HCM and other modules.
- Support user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support.
Requirements
- Location: Based in or near Athens, Greece with hybrid work model
- At least 2+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations or SAP HCM consulting.
- Hands-on experience with at least one SuccessFactors module (Employee Central, Performance, Learning, etc.).
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (HR, Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.).
