Location: Must be based in Brazil (Hybrid/Remote)

What you will do
- Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting and expert knowledge of SAP functionality.
- Develop and deliver application break fixes for critical product defects.
- Provide functional support and training for multiple SAP modules.
- Manage key assigned accounts as a technical and functional advisor.
- Collaborate with a virtual global team to share knowledge and improve diagnostic methodologies.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 support organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant SAP experience, specifically with PI/PO.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required.
- Experience designing and configuring interfaces in various versions of SAP XI/PI/PO.
- Strong knowledge of SAP adapters (JDBC, HTTP, IDoc, RFC, File, SOAP, REST, etc.).
- Ability to debug code and perform complex problem solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP CPI, or SAP Gateway/Fiori.
- Knowledge of Java or JavaScript.
- Exposure to GRC NF-e add-on.
- Consulting background or SAP certifications.
