Support Engineer, SAP PI/PO (SAP)

Location: Remote/hybrid work based anywhere in Brazil; flexible hours may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and monitoring email outside standard business hours.

What you will do

• Provide functional and technical support for mission-critical SAP applications and multiple SAP modules.
• Research, troubleshoot, debug, test, package, and deliver fixes for complex application issues and critical product defects.
• Design and configure SAP XI/PI/PO interfaces, structures, mappings, and integrations using JDBC, HTTP, IDoc, RFC, File, XI, SOAP, WS, and REST adapters.
• Support client customizations, provide implementation and best-practice guidance, and deliver remote training.
• Manage assigned accounts as a technical and functional advisor while working closely with customers.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing methods, diagnostic tools, and support-process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant SAP experience, particularly with PI/PO and direct support of application end users in a corporate environment.
• Experience with SAP PI/PO interface design and configuration, monitoring tools, mappings, structures, adapters, and SAP PI estimations.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, SAP customization, extension, and development skills.
• Knowledge of SAP application functionality, tables, relationships, configuration, integration, and underlying technology across 4.x and ECC releases.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; candidates must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI, SAP Gateway/Fiori, Java or JavaScript, and GRC NF-e add-on.
• Consulting experience, SAP certifications, and experience with localizations or global implementations.
