TL;DR
SAP Developer - AI Solutions (SAP HCM/AI): Designing and developing SAP Add-ons, HCM solutions, and client extensions with an accent on cloud technologies, REST APIs, and AI features. Focus on integrating AI capabilities, building SAP solution architectures, and delivering implementations across cloud and on-premise environments.
Location: Multiple locations; hybrid work with flexible remote work opportunities

What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement proprietary SAP Add-ons and HCM solutions used by large European companies.
- Incorporate AI features into SAP products and client solutions.
- Develop client functionalities and extensions using cloud and on-premise technologies.
- Participate in SAP implementations, including architecture design, technical specifications, and coding.
- Work with a team of developers and testers on customer-focused solutions.
- Expand SAP development and extension expertise through project work and SAP courses.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with ABAP, SAPUI5/Fiori, Java, JavaScript, Eclipse, relational databases, and SQL queries.
- At least 3 years of experience in an SAP IT department or SAP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming language and experience developing cloud solutions based on REST APIs.
- Completion of 2–3 full-cycle projects.
- English at B2/C1 level required, with effective teamwork and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AI principles, including transformers, embeddings, vector databases, and graph databases.
- Experience designing narrow AI models, preparing data, and training models.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience designing prompts and optimizing agent behavior for reliability and cost efficiency.
